| Very pretty riding pony/ brood-mare. Millie is used for all types of Riding Club events. Has attended instructional camps, placed 2nd Walk and Trot Dressage, and shown in-hand and ridden. A keen supporter of Area 7 events inc Fun Rides, placed Adult Gymkhana and winner of "Le Trec " Fun Day 2006.
Suffers slight sweet-itch, otherwise fit and healthy. Easy to do, good to catch, with farrier and in traffic etc, but unfortunately is not good hacking alone and owner has no one to ride with. After several years trying to overcome the problem, her owner has made the sad decision to offer this much loved mare for sale, only to the best of homes and strong minded rider.
Millie has recently been covered by black Dales stallion Lowhouses Jet. It is hoped that a break from riding and change of ownership will make her more co-operative. She can be seen and ridden at Akehurst Stud ( E Sussex)

Owned since she was rising 5 yrs.
She is easy to handle and good with the farrier although
she is only shod on the front as she has such good feet.
She has had lots of schooling in the past but has not been
ridden much in the last year due to lack of time and change of circumstances.
She has been successfully shown – always placed in ridden classes as well as in hand.
She is not really a novice ride as can be a bit nervous with lorries and
tractors so a home where she can be ridden out with others would be ideal.
Or I think she would make a good brood mare.
She has had one foal that I know nothing about as it was before I owned her. |

Well schooled but very forward so not a novice ride.
Good in normal traffic, auto loads, great to bath, catch trim/shoe,
worm, etc. Lives in or out or both very loving.
No vices. Qualified for PUK many times but due to young family we never went.
